RainMaker Software, Inc. Celebrates 30th Annual R2 Client Conference & User Group Meeting
Company Launches Platinum: Destination Glow

RainMaker Software, Inc., a full-service provider of Financial and Practice Management, Business Intelligence Software and Microsoft SharePoint Portal Integration for law firms, announced that its 30th annual Client Conference was a successful educational and networking event for all attendees. Law firm executives from all over the United States and Canada attended the event which was held September 21-23 in Orlando, Florida at The Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort. The conference focused on the revolutionary technology RainMaker provides to its clients.

The conference focused on helping mid-large sized law firms better utilize technology, increase profitability, and maximize investments in RainMaker software. The R2 Conference provided attendees with a multi-faceted experience that included educational sessions on software updates, new products, and partnerships. RainMaker clients also had the opportunity to listen and take part in user discussion sessions and interact with conference sponsors to learn more about their offerings in the legal market.

The Conference Keynote Address was facilitated by the Disney Institute focusing on Imagineering and Innovation. This exciting 90-minute presentation educated clients in an entertaining way as they were introduced to the heritage of Disney leadership and the role it has played in Disney’s success story. The Disney Institute is a leader at providing professional development, quality service, customer loyalty, organizational creativity, and teambuilding.

Marking the 30th anniversary of the conference, RainMaker announced Platinum 8: Destination Glow. This new initiative is expected to provide Platinum clients with a "glowing" experience far beyond the traditional implementation of a new or upgraded system. Destination Glow will incorporate RainMaker’s e-Learning university of more than 600 training videos, streamlined data conversions, expanded account management staff, and the use of FourthLink’s Resource Management client portal to collaborate on implementations and upgrades.

  Sharing Tips and Tricks on better utilizing the vast feature set of integrated modules
     
  How to upgrade from older products to the company’s most current Platinum versions
     
  Using the Collection module Wizards to substantially improve cash collections with minimal staff

Attendees celebrated RainMaker’s 30th anniversary in style with an evening at Epcot featuring dinner, drinks, fireworks and a private after-hours ride on one of Disney’s most popular rides, Soarin’. The "Revolution RainMaker" party was the gala event where clients and attendees enjoyed the dancing and excitement with a 60’s themed dinner and dance party and a contest for the most "hip outfit" from the 60’s, sponsored by Promotional Dynamics Group, Inc.
