The Client Super Site, a highly-secured hosted portal, allows clients to not only access all current and past bill images, but also review billing and payment history, account balances, trust and retainer balances and payment inquiries. Law firms subscribing to this service will foster collaboration between attorneys and clients since both parties can jointly access the site to review services performed by the firm.
