RainMaker is launching a grass roots law firm Economic Assistance Package, similar to the US government making funds available to various financial institutions.
The RainMaker $1,000,000 Economic Assistance Package is based upon a "pay it forward" concept. An integral part of the qualifying process is that law firms identify how they will "pay forward" the benefits of the assistance to their local community. Examples might include identifying new pro-bono work initiatives for laid-off workers, assisting families dealing with potential mortgage foreclosures or participating in charitable organizations. The amount of the Economic Assistance Package for each firm is based on its size and the commitment it makes to "pay forward" these benefits.
